Both. Sod gives you an instant lawn and holds soil right away. Seed costs less and takes longer to fill in. We’ll recommend the better option for your yard, budget and timing.
Yes. Landscape design covers where beds, lawn, patios and walkways should go and the order to build them in, so later work doesn’t damage finished areas.

Both last when built on a good base. Pavers offer more design options and simple spot repairs but usually cost more upfront. Poured concrete, stamped or broom-finished, usually costs less. See our full comparison.
Stamped concrete is pressed with a pattern that looks like stone or brick and is popular for patios and front walks. Broom finish is a textured, non-slip surface that’s common on driveways and sidewalks.
Light foot traffic is usually fine after 24 to 48 hours, and driving after about a week. Concrete continues to strengthen for roughly a month.
Yes. We build block retaining walls with gravel backfill and drainage behind them, which helps prevent pressure from water building up and pushing the wall out.
Yes. Epoxy coatings make concrete floors easier to clean and more resistant to stains. The slab needs proper preparation and repair first for the coating to bond well.
Yes, we build custom stone grill islands to go with your patio.
Common signs include puddles that last a day or more after rain, soggy lawn areas, water collecting near the foundation, washed-out beds and a damp basement after storms.
Depending on the problem, we use re-grading, buried drain lines and downspout solutions to move water away from problem areas and your home.
Yes. Drainage and grading should be handled first. Building over a wet area can lead to settling and water pooling against the new surface.
Yes. You can choose a seasonal plan or pay per snowfall.
Yes, ice control is available for driveways, walks and steps.
Yes, our snow removal focuses on residential properties. We aim to be friendly, professional and reliable all winter.
Mark driveway edges with stakes before the ground freezes, and move hoses, decorations or low objects that could be hidden by snow.
